Body Identified as Missing Teen
A search team in West Virginia has recovered a body that belongs to a teen who’s been missing since flooding in June swept her away. 14-year-old Mykala Phillips has been missing and presumed dead since June 23, and a body found Tuesday in Greenbrier County the state Medical Examiner was able to give a positive identification on Wednesday. Sheriff Jan Cahill says a bloodhound led searchers to the site, and he estimates her body floated about 6 miles from her home.
