Big Bend Golf Course to See Improvements

Upgrades are coming to a Kanawha County golf course. Golfers at the Big Bend Golf Course will see $100,000 in improvements after commissioners gave the okay this week. County leaders are expecting more sports enthusiasts in the coming years, drawn in by the new multi-sports complex in the works at Shawnee Park in Dunbar. The golf course at Shawnee will close, and they want Big Bend to be ready.
