West Virginia leaders are focusing on the state’s failing infrastructure as a new report shows nearly 20-percent of state bridges are in bad condition. A recent study found drivers are losing billions of dollars collectively due to the poor roads and bridges, and highway construction advocates yesterday said it breaks down to almost 15-hundred-dollars a year for each driver in some locations.
