Another lawsuit over where the governor lives

A lawsuit over where Governor Jim Justice resides has been filed for a third time. Delegate Isaac Sponaugle filed the lawsuit again earlier this month in circuit court. The lawsuit claims that the Governor violates the state Constitution’s requirement to reside at the seat of government. The Governor lives at his home in Lewisburg.
