Pickup found submerged in Wayne County creek

A couple walking along James River Road in Ceredo found a pickup submerged in the water yesterday afternoon. The couple noticed the roof of the pickup sticking out of the water. No one was inside. Police say the pickup crashed Sunday. So far, no charges have been filed.
