Manchin will serve as ranking Democrat on Energy and Natural Resources Committee

Senator Joe Manchin will serve as ranking member of the committee on Energy and Natural Resources. Democratic ranking members for the upcoming Congress were announced on Tuesday. Manchin has served on the committee since being elected in 2010.
