Man under arrest for targeting elderly

A man accused of targeting elderly victims is under arrest in Richmond, Kentucky. Willis Caudill is accused of posing as a Charleston sanitation worker to steal from an elderly woman in September. He’s also the prime suspect in a home invasion in Bluefield.
