Man charged with destruction of property

Police have identified a man who damaged a vehicle and was trespassing at West Virginia Eye Consultants on Summers Street. Thirty-seven-year-old Arthur Cavender is charged with destruction of property. He was caught on surveillance video damaging the vehicle.
