17 Apply to fill WV Supreme Court vacancy

Seventeen candidates have applied to fill a vacancy on the West Virginia Supreme Court after Justice Allen Loughry resigned. The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission will interview the candidates and make recommendations to the governor. The Justice appointed to the seat will serve until the next election in May 2020.
