Teacher work stoppage in 3 WV counties

The American Federation of Teachers has called for a work stoppage Friday in Cabell, Wayne, and Lincoln counties. Instead of attending class, the teachers will rally at the Capitol. Union reps have called for a statewide rally at the Capitol on Saturday. Teachers are protesting against low wages and increased health insurance costs.
