WV largest Revenue Shortfalls

West Virginia is among the ten states with the largest revenue shortfalls. A new report shows revenue has fallen or will fall in in two-thirds of all U.S. states but West Virginia has one of the biggest funding gaps in the country. The figures come from the West Virginia Center on Policy and Budget. They say the state is facing a 123-million-dollar revenue shortfall this year and is projected to miss the mark by just under 500-million-dollars next year.
