West Virginia counties seeking faster internet access

Nearly half the counties in West Virginia have submitted applications for broadband infrastructure improvements. The state development office is expanding it’s Community Development Block Grant program to include broadband access projects. The counties are asking for nearly 1-point-six million dollars in grant money.
