Those affected by flooding

Federal disaster officials are advising West Virginia residents who were affected by flooding last month and have applied for assistance to stay in touch with the agency. The Federal Emergency Management Agency says applicants who change an address or phone number should update the information with FEMA, even if the change is only temporary.
