School start times too early

How early, is too early. A group of concerned parents attended the Kanawha County School Board meeting last night, and have started a petition against the new school start times. The idea is to improve attendance and test scores for high schoolers by letting them sleep later. The trade-off is earlier wake-up times for elementary and middle school students.
