Principal Resigns after Computer Fraud Charges

A Putnam County school administrator is stepping down after being charged with computer fraud . The school board accepted the resignation of Poca High School Principal Bradley Knell this week, after he was charged in September with two counts of computer fraud. The criminal complaint says Knell bought several things on a debit card that belonged to a Poca High School booster.
