Outlook on WV

A new poll shows a much more positive outlook in the state, compared to last year. In 2016 only 18-percent said they thought the state was moving in the right direction. This year, that same question received a positive answer by 42-percent of those asked. Nearly 60-percent of those asked thought the coal industry would make a rebound with President Trump now in the White House.
