Speakers at a jobs rally in Charleston urged the passage of legislation to benefit the state’s oil and natural gas industry. Hundreds of industry workers attended the rally Tuesday on the state Capitol steps. Speakers touted bills under consideration that would allow drilling over the objections of minority mineral owners and provide an exemption to chemical storage tank regulations.
