New Record Store Opens

National Record Store Day is coming up in April, and Charleston vinyl lovers will have a new place to recognize that holiday. Elk City Records is open now on Charleston’s West Side and plans to sell vintage records, posters, and rare collections. The store held its ribbon cutting and grand opening Thursday at 311 Washtington Street West.
