Mylan Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over epiPen

The issues over pricing of the epiPen have turned into a class action lawsuit against Mylan. The law firm that filed the suit said in a news release that the purchasers believe Mylan engaged in an illegal organized scheme to systematically increase EpiPen prices by 574 percent. The drug maker increased its prices seventeen times since 2007.
