Minority Affiars

A new leader is being named to the West Virginia Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs. Governor Justice announced yesterday that Dr. William “Bill” White will leaved the West Virginia state Board of Education to take over the minority affairs office. Justice calls White an accomplished businessman, experienced academic and true leader in the African-American community. He says he’s looking forward to growing jobs and expanding education opportunities in the area.
