Keeping an eye on the Atlantic Coast Pipeline

West Virginia will us a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit to monitor and inspect the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline. State officials say they’ll use a state storm water permit and federal rules to keep enforcement levels in check. The proposed pipeline will run through several West Virginia counties and cost more than 5-billion-dollars.
