Kanawha Library

Without giving too many details, it appears that the Kanawha County Public Library board has decided on the location of the new downtown branch. One of the final two sites could be the current location at Capitol and Quarrier streets. The only clue board member Cheryl Crigger Morgan would share after Monday’s meeting was that both locations were inside the city limits.
