Kanawha County Humane Association Opens Spay/Neuter Clinic
The Kanawha County Humane Association is opening a public spay/neuter clinic this summer that will offer low-cost spay and neuter services to any dog or cat and not just those in the shelter. It will be a high volume clinic that won’t be income based, and dogs and cats from surrounding counties will be welcome too. The Fix Charleston clinic will be located on the lower-level of KCHA’s Greenbrier Street facility and it’s equipped to provide spay/neuter and wellness care to 8,750 animals per year. Fix Charleston’s proceeds will benefit KCHA’s lifesaving programs There’s more at adoptcharleston.com, and on the KCHA Facebook page.
