Jenkins Seat Becoming Popular

The Third District seat in Congress held by Evan Jenkins is becoming very popular. Soon after Jenkins announced he will run against Joe Manchin for the Senate, several people have come forward. One-time independent and Democrat Rupie Phillips now says he will be a Republican in 2018. Former Republican Delegate Rick Snuffer and Democratic state Senator Richard Ojeda say they are also interested in representing southern West Virginia in Washington, DC.
