January filing period starts today

Candidates running for public office in West Virginia’s primary elections can start filing paperwork today. The Secretary of State’s office says the January filing period starts today and runs through the 27th for the May primary and November general elections. Offices on the ballot this year include: U.S. Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives, among others.
