Inmate dies from overdose in Boyd County Jail

An inmate is dead and another is being treated for an overdose at the Boyd County Detention Center. Thirty-six-year-old Charles Finley died from what officials think was a Fentanyl overdose. Several inmates overdosed, and one was treated and released from the hospital. An investigation is under way.
