Governor supports Rockwool plant

Governor Justice says the Rockwool plant in Jefferson County has his full support. Protestors have voiced concerns about the environmental impact of the insulation plant. The Governor says the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection will review the permitting process to ensure that the manufacturing operations don’t endanger the health and welfare of the public or the environment.
