Funeral Home Director guilty of fraud

A Poca funeral home owner pleaded guilty to three felony charges of making fraudulent claims to an insurance company. The owner of the Gaten-Harding Funeral Home, Chad Harding, cashed in on pre-need funeral arrangements for more than 100 people who weren’t actually dead. Under the deal Harding could be sentenced to a year in jail.
