Expect a text message from the President

President Trump will be sending you a text message on Thursday. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is testing the nationwide Emergency Alert System. All cell phones will receive a text with the header, “Presidential Alert.” The system provides the President with the capability to address the nation during a national emergency.
