Customers are Waiting on Correct Water Bills

Residents living in the East End of Charleston were confused and frustrated after getting their water bills last Friday. The West Virginia American Water customers saw bills charging them hundreds of dollars for using thousands of gallons of water they say they didn’t use. West Virginia American Water said customers should expect a corrected bill by January 22, 2016.
