Blankenship will not be on November ballot

Don Blankenship’s name will not appear on the November ballot in the U.S. Senate race. The state Supreme Court denied Blankenship and the Constitution Party’s petition challenging Secretary of State Mac Warner’s decision to bar Blankenship from running since he was unsuccessful in the May primary election.
