RISE WV office missing signs

Officials say the RISE West Virginia program is still running; despite the fact that signs on the Kanawha City offices are gone. A spokesman for the West Virginia National Guard says the RISE program is still operational, and they plan to release weekly updates. But, as for the signs, they’re not sure what’s going on with that.
