Official Promotional Rules – 97. WQBE & A to Z Outlet in St. Albans present the $10,000 Cash Madness giveaway. A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of WQBE-FM, 817 Suncrest Place, Charleston, WV 25309 during normal business hours Monday through Friday by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address.
No purchase is necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate and win. Limit of one play per person per event while supplies last.
All contests are open to the public except Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Bristol Broadcasting Inc. A to Z Outlets or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any prize covered within.
This contest will begin on or about March 23, 2024, and end on or around Saturday, April 6, 2024 at COB.
Listeners can stop in at A-to-Z Outlets in St. Albans on 3/23/24, 3/30/24 and 4/6/24 at a “to be determined time”, for a chance to win our $10,000 Cash Madness giveaway.

How to play. Scratch off any SIX (6) squares on one of our game cards. If all symbols revealed are MATCHING STARS, you are an Instant Prize Winner, subject to verification.
The number of dollar symbols ($) in the “PRIZE LEVEL” box determines the prize level you are eligible to win. See “Official Rules” for a complete list of potential prizes.
All cards presented for prize redemption are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions and/or an Odds On Promotions designated independent judging organizations whose decisions are final
SCRATCH CARD IS VOID IF MORE THAN SIX (6) SQUARES AND THE “prize level” BOX ARE REVEALED IN WHOLE OR IN PART. IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL MARKS OR SCRATCHES ON THE CARD, OTHER THAN THE SIX (6) REVEALED SQUARES AND THE “PRIZE LEVEL” BOX, THE CARD WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE REDEMPTION.
Cards that are manipulated, altered, forged, hand printed, water damaged, mutilated, tampered with in any way, or which contain any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.
If you are a winner, complete the information about and see “Official Rules” for details regarding prize redemption and limitations on number of prizes abatable. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds of scratching the SIX (6) correct squares are 1:593,775. Any act, omission, or method of playing that changes these odds or the random choice of will render this card void.
Card is void if “VOID IF REMOVED” area is scratched in whole or in part.
Should contestants not match and win $10,000 they will be automatically entered into our 2nd Chance drawing for a new 75-inch Samsung TV. A random drawing for the Samsung TV will be held at the close of business on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at A-to-Z Outlet.
All local, state, federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prize awarded become the sole responsibility of the GRAND PRIZE WINNER. The GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be issued a 1099 IRS Form to report their winnings.
All prizes are awarded “as is.” Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash. One play per person per event while supplies last.
WQBE and Bristol Broadcasting, Inc. shall not be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.
All entrants and winners agree that 97.5 WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet, their affiliates and sponsors shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property insured by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prize received. State issued identification must be presented to claim the GRAND PRIZE. Winners will be required to fill out a prize fulfillment package for the GRAND PRIZE.
All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials, as well as all the information contained on or within, gathered during this promotion, shall become the sole property of the stations to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of the station. Further, 97.5 WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet is not responsible for lost, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries. 97.5 WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to our website.
All winners agree that 97.5 WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet their affiliates and sponsors my broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason 97.5 WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet, their affiliates and sponsors deems necessary without compensation. All winners will be further required to hold 97.5 WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet their affiliates and sponsors, blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast, or use.
If for any reason this contest cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, national or local health emergency, or any other causes beyond the control of the Released Parties that may corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, or if the Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, and/or modify the Contest without prior notice. If the Contest is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the procedure for selecting winners, unless the nature of the event giving rise to such termination renders it impossible to select winner(s).
WQBE, Bristol Broadcasting, Inc, A to Z Outlet reserves the right to end a contest at any time upon advanced notice to the public and reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing and also limit the total number of participants at each event.

Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and/or events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means

If and when we get a $10,000 Cash Winning Scratch Card the following. Claims notification: Immediate telephone notice by Client to the claims department of OOP will be reported no later than the first business day after a winning scratch card is claimed.
Client must provide all winning scratch cards to the third party designated by OOP (see Exhibit “B”) for verification. The eligibility of a winning scratch card will be judged by the sole and absolute discretion of OOP and/or the designated third party.
Proof of Claim: The following items and completed documentation will be furnished to OOP as proof of a prize claim (forms furnished by OOP): (a) Affidavits of two Promotion Officials; (b) Affidavit of Winner; and (c) Untampered with winning scratch card submitted via third party per Exhibit “B” of this contract.
Investigation: Upon receipt of Proof of Claim, OOP may conduct a reasonable investigation including but not limited to requiring the Client to produce the Winner and/or Promotion Officials for polygraph examination as a condition to payment of the claim if, in the sole opinion of OOP such an examination is warranted by the facts.
Choice of Law, Disputed Claims, Venue, and Attorney’s Fees – Any and all disputes between the Client and OOP or its underwriters shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws, and submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and pursuant to the provisions of the Nevada
Uniform Arbitration Act. The venue for such arbitration shall be in Washoe County, Nevada. If for any reason there is litigation between the Client and OOP or its underwriters, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such litigation is a state district court in Washoe County, Nevada. The Client agrees to pay OOP and its underwriters’ reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses associated with any such arbitration or litigation in the event OOP or its underwriters successfully prosecute and/or defend any such arbitration or litigation.
