Eligibility: The West Virginia International Yeager Airport / WQBE / Breeze Airways™ Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) winner per household.
Employees, officers, and directors of Bristol Broadcasting Company, Inc. (owner of WQBE-FM), Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. (“Breeze Airways”), the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (d/b/a West Virginia International Yeager Airport), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Bristol Broadcasting Company, Inc., owner of WQBE-FM (“Sponsor”).
Prize Provider: Prizes are provided by Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. (“Breeze Airways”). West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW) is a promotional partner of this Sweepstakes.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins upon official posting on April 13, 2026 at 8:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 1, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer system is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available via WQBE-FM at wqbe.com or through the WQBE Facebook page. Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Entries submitted through any other method, including but not limited to direct messages, comments, posts, or email, will not be accepted. Any attempt to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, or other methods will result in disqualification. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to receiving email and SMS communications from Breeze Airways, in accordance with the Privacy Notice available at www.flybreeze.com/privacy.
Winner Selection and Notification: A total of two (2) winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be announced beginning April 28, 2026, through May 1, 2026, on the WQBE Morning Air Show. Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
(b) Prize: Each winner will win two (2) roundtrip “Nice” bundles, entitling them and their designated travel companion to travel on Breeze Airways from West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW) to Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) or Tampa International Airport (TPA) (estimated value $400) Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution, cash redemption, sale or transfer of prize(s) is permitted except at Breeze Airways’ sole discretion or as provided herein. Winner is fully responsible for all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes). If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Breeze Airways reserves the right to substitute such prize (or portion thereof) with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize(s), are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner(s). Arrangements for delivery of prize(s) will be made after winner validation. The winner agrees to complete Form W-9 and promptly return it to Sponsor upon request. If required by law, an IRS 1099-MISC Form will be prepared in each winner’s name and submitted to the IRS for the value of each winner’s prize. Sponsor will cause a copy of any submitted 1099-MISC Form to be sent to such winner’s last known address. For each prize that includes a benefit for a “travel companion” or similar, such companion must execute and return an Affidavit prior to travel and they must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless they are a child or legal ward of the prize winner, in which case the prize winner will be required to execute and return such documents on behalf of such child or legal ward.
(b) “Nice” Bundle Prize Terms: Each winner will be eligible to book a total of two (2) “Nice” bundles for roundtrip travel for themselves and a travel companion between CRW and MYR or TPA, with travel starting no earlier than May 1, 2026, and all travel being completed no later than September 1, 2026; provided that the winner books by May 30, 2026 and provided, that the prize excludes any flights departing during the following periods: May 22, 2026, through and including June 1, 2026; and July 3, 2026 through and including July 6, 2026. Any additional amenities will be available to purchase at an additional cost. The designated companion must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of such companion. The winner must travel with their designated companion on the same flight. To redeem flights, a request must be sent to the designated email address provided to the winner at least two (2) business days before the expected date of travel. Standard seating is subject to availability on all flights requested. BreezePoints will not be earned on the “Nice” bundles. The actual value of the “Nice” bundles will depend on the selected departure dates. The winner will not be awarded any difference between the actual and estimated retail value of their prize, if any. Once a “Nice” bundle is reserved, changes cannot be made to reserved travel without the approval of Breeze Airways, in its sole discretion.

(b) Other Travel Prize Terms: Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel on Breeze is subject to space availability and blackout dates. All travel is subject to the Breeze Contract of Carriage. Be advised that additional requirements, taxes and/or fees may be applicable to travel outside of the United States. Breeze Airways is not responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond its control, or for inability of winner to travel in accordance with these Official Rules or the Breeze Contract of Carriage. Winners are responsible for booking any transportation or other products or services associated with the redemption of Breeze Airways™ flights. All other expenses and costs not expressly stated in the applicable prize description above including, but not limited to, transportation between a winner’s home and the airport, ground transportation, lodging, meals, beverages, incidentals, taxes, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airline or airport fees, service charges, security fees, facility charges, gratuities, optional excursions and purchases made in connection with the redemption of Breeze Airways™ flights are solely the winner’s responsibility. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible if any travel provided by Breeze Airways™ is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation, postponement or delay of any redeemed travel. BreezePoints bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight. General Conditions: The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bristol Broadcasting Company, Inc. (WQBE-FM), Breeze Aviation Group, Inc., the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (CRW), and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or delayed entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
