Woman Faces Charges for Using a Stolen Credit Card

A Charleston woman was arrested Friday after investigators say she used a stolen credit cards to buy things. 30-year old Stephanie Arthur is charged with fraud related to fraudulent purchases at the Family Dollar in the 700 block of Bigley Avenue, and the Walgreen’s in the 600 block of Washington Street West. Both incidents happened Sept. 20. Arthur was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court and more court dates are pending.
