West Virginia Pay

West Virginia dropped 15 spots in this year’s “Rich States, Poor States” rankings. In 2014, West Virginia held the 22nd spot in the report put out by the American Legislative Exchange Council. This year, we are 37th, according to the 2016 State Economic Outlook Rankings. Texas topped the list and Michigan brought up the rear.
