Two Accused of Murder Enter Not Guilty Pleas
A man and woman accused of killing two other people have pleaded not guilty. The Gazette-Mail reports 42-year-old Bobby Gene Hall and 38-year-old Misty Ann Rucker entered the pleas in the Kanawha County Circuit Court. The two were indicted earlier this month on several charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle and first-degree murder in the deaths of 55-year-old Timothy Jett and 38-year-old Audrey Short.
Hall is accused of shooting Jett and Short while they were lying in bed in February while Rucker was a lookout at the front door. The two were later spotted driving a stolen vehicle toward Kentucky.
