Tuition breaks for out of state students
The West Virginia University College of Law is going to offer tuition breaks to out of state students. The school announced last week, that non-residents who graduate from a public or private higher education institution in West Virginia will be eligible for in-state tuition. The Loyalty Tuition Program will kick off in the fall of 2017 and could save a student more than 16-thousand dollars a year. About 23 percent of this fall’s entering class are from out of state.
