Soldier from Hurricane killed in a car wreck

A West Virginia soldier is dead after a car wreck in Louisiana. Specialist William Rhodes, of Hurricane, died in a single car accident on November 30th. Another soldier was in the car; Sergeant Alejandro Galvan was treated at the hospital and released. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
