Police find drugs and guns during traffic stop

Elkview police found two-and-a-half ounces of meth, a shotgun and two handguns in the trunk of a car during a traffic stop Wednesday morning. Information officers received during the traffic stop led them to a home on Frame Street where they found more drugs. Forty-four-year-old Gary France is charged with possession with intent to deliver, and a felon in possession of a firearm.
