New Safety Features Added to School Buses

New features have been added to several school buses in Kanawha County for the upcoming school year. Fifty buses will have double Guardian Angel lights, which help the students see the path in front of the bus as well as help the bus drivers see students standing on the side of the road. Eyewitness News reported other new features on the buses include LED lighting and extended stop arms. Ten buses will have extended stop arms. Students in Kanawha County head back to school Aug. 20.
