New Library set up

More than a month after the June flood wiped out the Clendenin Branch Library, a new temporary location is opening up. The Elk Valley Express Library is located in Big Chimney on Pennsylvania Avenue. The most sought after service is Internet access, as many homes in the Elk River area remain without access to the web. Beginning next week, the library will be open every day, except Sunday.
