Manchin Looking for Support

Senator Joe Manchin is looking for some GOP support to a Democrat-backed tax reform plan. The West Virginia senator is one of three Democrats who have not signed on with their party’s tax reform plan. Manchin says if it does not make sense for West Virginians, and if there is not an effort to reach across the aisle, he is not going to be on board.
