Man Says He’s Guarding Local Marine Recruiting Center

Charleston Police have some questions for a man with an AR-15 strapped to his back and says he’s protecting a Marine Recruiting Center on Parkway road in Charleston. 911 got calls about the man walking back and forth guarding the office. He may be well within his rights to be there, but police are looking into it.
