Man accused of trying to drown wife and kids

Leslie Kelly says he was just trying to baptize his family, but police saw it differently. They arrested Kelly and charged him with multiple counts for trying to drown his wife and two kids. Police say they found signs of a struggle and a lot of water when they entered the home in Chapmanville this week.
