Man accused of impersonating an officer

A convicted sex offender from Ohio is accused of impersonating a police officer and pulling over several vehicles. Vinton County, Ohio police say Twenty-two-year-old Joshua Byers had blue and red lights on his vehicle, a badge, and handcuffs. He had drivers get of the car, but eventually let them go.
