Homeless woman charged with arson

A homeless woman is under arrest for arson. Ariel Hill is accused of setting fire to a West Side apartment building with two people inside. It happened Friday afternoon on Washington Street West; firefighters extinguished the blaze that started in the crawl space. No one was injured.
