Grandparents facing child neglect charge

A Mingo County couple is facing child neglect charges after their 2-year-old granddaughter went missing for several hours. The child’s mother asked her parents to watch the child. They overdosed on prescription medication, and when they woke up they couldn’t find the little girl and called 911. The child was found wither her mother, who took her daughter from the home after realizing she was in danger, but neither grandparent remember the incident.
