Goodwin returning to private practice

Former candidate for governor Booth Goodwin is set to return to private practice. The former U.S. Attorney will resume his role with Goodwin and Goodwin, LLP in Charleston. Goodwin served as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia for more than five years, and was the lead prosecutor in the trial that convicted former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship.
