If you purchased a paperless ticket to one of the Garth Brooks concerts next weekend, you will need to remember to pack your credit card. Those who have one of the 15-hundred best seats will have to show the credit card they used before entry into the show. The move is to cut down on ticket scalping. The country mega star will be at the Civic Center October 21st, 22nd and 23rd.
